Seahawks 4th Straight

The Seattle Seahawks just won their fifth straight game in a row with a 30-13 victory over the Cleveland Browns yesterday at CenturyLink Field. In addition with this victory the Seattle Seahawks clinched the playoffs again for the fourth straight year in a row. There are still two games left in the regular season for the Seattle Seahawks to play before the playoffs start. Both of these games are against division rivals. Next weeks game is against the St. Louis Rams who beat the Seattle Seahawks earlier this season 34-31 in overtime on September 13, 2015. The last game of the regular season is in Arizona versus the team with the best record in our division the Arizona Cardinals who defeated the Seattle Seahawks earlier this season 39-32 on November 15, 2015. The Seattle Seahawks current record is now 9-5.

Seahawks 2015 Season Opener

Last Thursday, September 10, 2015 started week 1 on the NFL 2015 regular season. During week 1 on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at 1:00pm eastern/ 10:00am pacific the Seattle Seahawks play their first regular season game of the 2015 NFL season versus one of their division rivals the St. Louis Rams. Last season they played each other twice and split the series at one win a piece. Go Seahawks and good luck in your 2015 NFL season.

NFC Conference Championship

The third week of the NFL playoffs are called the Conference Championship Round and are the third weekend after the NFL regular season ends. At half time in the NFC Conference Championship the Seattle Seahawks were down 16-0 to the Green Bay Packers. After the third quarter the Seahawks were down 16-7 to the Packers. With 5 minutes left in the game the Seahawks were still down 19-7 but then went on a run where they scored 15 more points and ended the game tied 22-22. The game then went to overtime where the Seahawks won the coin toss and decide to receive the football first. On that possession of the football Russell Wilson completed a pass to Jermaine Kearse and the Seahawks received a touchdown which won them the game 28-22. This means the Seattle Seahawks return for the second year in a row to the NFL Super Bowl and this time play the New England Patriots which won the American Football League's (AFL) Conference Championship.

NFC Divisional Round

The second week of the NFL playoffs are called the Divisional Round and are the second weekend after the NFL regular season ends. During this years NFC Divisional Round the Seattle Seahawks defeated Carolina Panthers 31-17 and the Green Bay Packers defeated the Dallas Cowboys 26-21. This means the Seattle Seahawks next week play the Green Bay Packers in the playoffs because they are the only two NFC teams left. This game is Sunday January 18, 2015 and starts at 3:05pm eastern/ 12:05pm pacific.

Young QB Battle

The 1st week of the NFL playoffs are called the Wild Card Round and are the 1st weekend after the NFL regular season ends. During this years NFC Wild Card Round the Carolina Panthers defeated the Arizona Cardinals 27-16 and the Dallas Cowboys defeated the Detroit Lions 24-20. This means the Seattle Seahawks next weekend play the Carolina Panthers in the playoffs because they are the lowest seeded NFC team left. This game is Saturday January 10, 2015 and starts at 8:15pm eastern/ 5:15pm pacific. It will be a match-up of two young quarterbacks which are the Seahawks Russell Wilson and Panthers Cam Newton.

Seahawks #1 Again

In the last week of the 2014 NFL regular season the Seattle Seahawks defeated their division rival the St. Louis Rams 20-6. This means the Seahawks ended the regular season with a 12-4 record and received the NFC's #1 seed in the NFL playoffs for the 2nd year in a row. They also get a bye for the first week of the playoffs and home field advantage throughout for the 2nd year in a row. Thank you Seahawks for all your hard work and good luck in the playoffs again.

Seahawks 3rd Straight

The Seattle Seahawks after winning their first Super Bowl last season clinched the playoffs for the 3rd straight season in a row last week because the Dallas Cowboys defeated the Philadelphia Eagles. This week the Seahawks have just beaten their division rival the Arizona Cardinals 35-6 and now have an 11-4 record. Next week the Seahawks play their last regular season game of the 2014 NFL season versus one of their other division rivals the St. Louis Rams.

Rookie QB Battle

The Seattle Seahawks ended the 2012 regular season with an 11-5 record and made the playoffs. There first playoff game is today at 4:30pm eastern/ 1:30pm pacific against the Washington Redskins in Washington D.C. What makes this game intriguing is that both teams have a rookie Quarterback (QB). The Seahawks have Russell Wilson and the Redskins have Robert Griffin III.
